INTEGRITY Skin & DermCare is the first nurse practitioner–led procedural dermatology practice of its kind, founded by Dr. Theresa Talens, DNP, FNP-C, a dermatology nurse practitioner with over 14 years of surgical dermatology expertise.

She specializes in full-body skin exams, skin cancer prevention & treatment performing excisions (skin surgery), biopsies, post-Mohs repairs, while also treating benign conditions like cysts, lipomas, and moles.

Joined by her sister, Beverly Lopez, APRN, FNP-C, who is also a nurse practitioner who has more than 20 years of nursing experience.

She specializes in neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®) and dermal fillers offering aesthetics with artistry, precision, and compassion.
