Theresa Talens, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Theresa Talens, DNP, FNP-C is a nurse practitioner and founder of INTEGRITY Skin & DermCare. She has her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree (DNP) and brings over 14+ years of experience specializing in dermatology.

Her focus is on:

Skin cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment
Skin surgery including post-Mohs closures, malignant & benign lesion excisions (such as cysts & lipomas)
Cosmetic lesion and mole removals

With over 15,000 skin surgeries performed, her dedication is to achieving excellent outcomes, helping patients heal with confidence, and caring for each person with integrity and compassion.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Talens is a nationally recognized lecturer and instructor. Founder of P.U.L.S.E. Dermatology & Procedures©, she mentors and trains nurse practitioners and physician assistants in surgical dermatology skills through hands-on workshops locally and at national dermatology conferences.

Her mission is to empower both patients and professionals by advancing care and education in dermatology.

Beverly Lopez, APRN, FNP-C | Aesthetic & Wellness Provider

Beverly Lopez, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of healthcare experience, beginning as a registered nurse in 2004 and advancing to nurse practitioner in 2018.

She is passionate about dermatologic care, preventive health, and whole-person wellness. Beverly believes healthy skin reflects overall well-being and is committed to helping patients look and feel their best from the inside out.

With a special interest in obesity and metabolic health, she develops personalized, sustainable care plans supporting weight management and chronic disease prevention.

Her mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients toward confidence, vitality, and lasting health.
